STE Boxes have no rough edges on the front side, which gives them a seamless, elegant look. Custom Tuck End Boxes can be used for light to medium-weight products. They are very versatile and can be used across different industries. Many customization options are available, like adding cutouts or special finishes.
Straight Tuck End Box has both top and bottom flaps that tuck on the back side of the box. The front side looks very nice on Straight Tuck End Boxes because both flaps tuck at the rear.
The easy assembly process saves you time. STE boxes are delivered flat (scored and glued). They can be assembled by hand or by using automated packing machines. Hand assembly and product insertion is very fast and easy.
Most common choice for retail packaging is SBS paperboard. The 18 pt thickness is suitable for lightweight products, whilst 24 pt is meant for bigger boxes that need to support more weight. The paper surface can be coated or uncoated. Special paperboard options are available upon request.
Make your Straight Tuck End Box even more attractive by adding coatings. Choose lamination or semi-gloss AQ for extra protection and durability of your packaging and enhance the visual appeal. These coatings provide matte, gloss or semi-gloss finish to your packaging.
Make your packaging shine! Add spot UV coating, metallic or clear foil to add an extra touch of luxury to your packaging boxes. Or use embossing to add tactile elements by raising the surface to emphasize parts of your design. Adding these finishes will make your products look high-end.
