Colour Front Side Only Colour Front Side Only The 4 main process colours will be used to print on the front side only of the selected paper, with no printing on the back of the piece of any colour, including black. Colours other than CMYK that are used in your design file will automatically be converted. For optimum results and less variances from screen to print, please ensure your artwork is created in CMYK. If you are using a pre-designed template, you do not have to worry about the colours being off except for any elements you add to the template.
Hymes Auto Bottom Tuck In Flap Top Hymes Auto Bottom Tuck In Flap Top The Hymes, or Auto Bottom, closure is the strongest option, and the quickest to assemble. Folded tabs are glued in such a way that gentle pressure on opposite corners of the folded box cause it to spring open. The top is a simple tuck top for even quicker assembly and loading. The glued base is the strongest option for a bottom closure and can hold heavier products.
No Coating No Coating When this option is chosen, no additional coatings will be applied to the piece. If the quantity is great enough, Newprint production may choose to apply an AQ coating to ensure the ink is protected from scuffing. The type of coating will be the matching finish to your paper selection. Silk (Matte) Lamination Silk Lamination The piece will be laminated with Silk Lamination to provide protection and structure. The lamination will go right to the edge of the piece with no lip, and so should not be used for an application where the item might be exposed to liquids. Gloss Lamination Gloss Lamination The piece will be laminated with Gloss Lamination to provide protection and structure. The lamination will go right to the edge of the piece with no lip, and so should not be used for an application where the item might be exposed to liquids. Soft Touch Lamination Soft Touch Lamination The piece will be laminated with Soft Touch Lamination to provide protection and structure. The lamination will go right to the edge of the piece with no lip, and so should not be used for an application where the item might be exposed to liquids. Gloss UV Gloss UV A high-gloss coating will be applied to the piece, which is cured with Ultra Violet light. This coating provides protection against scuffing, as well as making images and colours look more bright and vibrant. As the coating is oil-based, it repels ink and should not be used with any application that needs to be written on, even with pen or felt-tipped markers. Semi-Gloss AQ Semi-Gloss AQ AQ is short for Aqueous Coating. This is a semi-gloss, environmentally friendly, water-based coating that provides additional gloss and protection, and can be written on with a ballpoint pen. It can be applied to one or both sides of the printed piece.

The self-locking bottom provides a sturdy base to hold many different products, and can be quickly assembled and loaded for a fast packaging process. For added branding and additional information, such as a scent, flavour, or colour option, the top flap can be secured with a custom printed label. Choose from two standard sizes that are fully customizable with ink, coating, and paper options to match your unique brand style.
