Perfect for upscale products, Friction Base and Lid Gift Box guarantees a positive first impression. Very versatile, but especially loved when you need custom jewellry box printing, clothing packaging and other gift box packaging. With a minimum print quantity of 250 these boxes are suitable for both low and high-volume productions. They are also commonly used for cosmetics, health & beauty, and cannabis products.
A double-wall design with all four walls reinforced makes these boxes very durable. We ship them flat. They are fairly easy to assemble, but still take a bit more time and skill then some other options. But, if elegance is what you strive for, the result you get with Lid and base Box is worth the extra manual work. You don’t need glue to hold the boxes together.
Most common choice for retail packaging is SBS paperboard. With white surface on both sides, it is a perfect fit for various design and color choices. Special paperboard options are available upon request.
Make your two piece boxes even more eye-catching by adding coatings. Choose lamination or semi-gloss AQ for extra protection and durability of your custom gift boxes and enhance the visual appeal. These coatings come as matte, gloss or semi-gloss.
Make your lid and base box shine! Add spot UV coating, colored or clear foil to add an extra touch of luxury to your packaging boxes. Or use embossing to add tactile elements by raising the surface to emphasize parts of your design. Adding these finishes will make your products look more unique and upscale.
