At Newprint, we've set a high bar to ensure we deliver the best quality print products and customer service. Our goal is to meet and exceed expectations for every single client. This is especially important if there are any issues with any order. Our team will work to fix the problem as quickly as possible, either by offering an expedited reprint or a coupon on a future order. If all else fails, you can send the order back at our expense, and we will offer a full refund. For us to be able to give all clients the best service, all order issues and defects must be reported to our Quality Assurance team within 10 days of receiving your print order. We will request digital photos that show the defects in order to best serve you and offer an appropriate solution. In some cases, we may require you to have the products shipped back to our Quality Assurance team, and Newprint will reimburse your shipping expenses if defects are indeed found.
